Went here even though it was quite a ways away from where our meeting was mostly because we had heard about the pool and the kids wanted to play here... When we got here the pool was closed the entire time for cleaning or something so that was quite annoying. But there is a very nice breakfast here! And the rooms were nice. Staff wasn't very friendly or helpful.
I'm not a person too write bad reviews but...some guy wearing a cowboy hat who works there was a huge A-hole to me. He got mad at me for not having a swim diaper on my 3 year old who hasn't worn a diaper in over a year. When I tried to explain she's been potty trained he told me "you better hope she is because if I find any poop in my pool I'm coming after you." Ironically she had gotten out of the water and went to the bathroom to poop about an hour earlier. Here's a thought... how about you politely ask if my child is potty trained.
Aside from the front desk ladies being too involved in flirting with the police that sit there 24/7 flirting, to help anyone it's a great place. Kids love it in the winter because of the arcade and indoor water park.
This place isn't a five star hotel but the people who work there are definitely 5 star people. They will make sure that you're stay is the best it can be. The water park inside is pretty big and looks like a lot of fun! A delicious free breakfast is included with your stay!
This was a very clean and nice place at a very affordable price. Thier restaurant was top-notch too. After arriving late in the evening, the front desk clerk informed us that the restaurant was closed for the evening, but offered to make us a pizza if we would like, now that is hospitality!!!
